Situation


Credit Union of Georgia Credit Union of Georgia was in seek of a agency to assist in a campaign that would educate its members and the community about its services and the overall benefits of a new Smart ATM technology known as (ITM )Interactive Teller Machine.

As the Credit Union of Georgia continues to demonstrate the Credit Union’s commitment to innovation and the desire to meet members’ needs, the ITM  will increase convenience for members and give the Credit Union an innovative advantage to grow overall member satisfaction.   This needed to be communicated in a compelling way. That's where IMC came in.

Solution


With new banking technology, it is more crucial than ever to ensure both members and staff are continuously educated.  IMC assisted with implementing an ITM Communications Strategy that included a combination of digital and print tactics across the Credit Union marketing channels to capture the attention of its members.  We wrote and produced  videos for  Credit Union of Georgia for their website, email marketing, social media and Youtube channel to help communicate the services such as Smart ATM's to their members.
