As a multilingual marketing, advertising and client services professional with experience in developing and managing internal and external communication initiatives for Consumer and B2B brands, across many disciplines; Karla leads our agency’s growth initiatives and is responsible for marketing, PR, new business pitches, and the overall success of new accounts.  

As a results-driven leader with agency and client-side experience, Karla Urrutia's main focus is to assist our CEO with creating and maintaining relationships with executives of client businesses, oversee IMC agency’s account team across all disciplines and develop strategies for clients. In short, Karla is accountable for all aspects of the delivery of work to the client and helping businesses find the right solution for their problem. Before joining IMC, Karla served as a sales and marketing specialist and licensed Realtor with Berkshire Hathaway, striving for continuous improvements and growth for companies and individuals. Karla is extremely resourceful with an unmatched drive for success in whatever she puts her mind to. Karla Urrutia's  bottom line is to ensure businesses and individuals attain positive results and outcomes with their sales, marketing and employer branding initiatives.

Karla was born in Chicago to immigrant parents from Guatemala and moved to Georgia where she earned her  marketing degree from Georgia State University.
