Situation


The Vice President of Marketing & Communications of a billion dollar leading insurance broker and consulting firm was tasked with developing a campaign that would not only communicate annual employee benefits for its clients employees across nine Georgia counties, but more importantly increase engagement and overall enrollment. She embraced the challenge and knew that in order to truly accomplish the goal it would require a dedicated team and resources. She turned to IMC to help create a high-impact engagement video campaign to reduce time needed to explain and educate employees on crucial benefit topics. All the videos needed to be easily accessible with simplified benefits terminology and graphics to help engage and entertain the viewer.

Solution


IMC developed Engaging content and communication solutions for the clients employees benefits open enrollment that included storyboards, animated videos, microsite design, and digital postcards to explain important HR and benefits topics clearly.   Our expertise in communicating our client’s products and stories led us to produce of series of videos that conveyed our client’s message. With a simple yet creative approach to animation, we were able to communicate the benefit offerings across many government agencies and school systems in the state of Georgia.  IMC helped drive over 75% employee engagement rates across nine counties in Georgia, established a communications system Allowing our clients HR team to reach employees with a crisp and consistent message on time and on budget saving countless hours for the HR team.  We've successfully reached employees in all corners of Georgia with a crisp and consistent message.
