Nurseify was founded by nurse leaders and healthcare executives committed to nursing excellence who saw the inefficiencies and high costs with using traditional staffing agencies. There was a need for a app that provides healthcare facilities direct access to nurses that meet their requirements for short term assignments, which shortens the time for nurse leaders to staff their units. IMC went to work.
Solution
At IMC, we help in developing state of the art applications to broaden a company's online presence and create a better user experience. We developed a tool that allows nurses to share their experience, availability, and compensation expectations with healthcare facilities.
The app helps connects experienced nurses to healthcare facilities in need of staffing support. Nurseify helps find the right fit for nurses for them. The tool also gives healthcare facilities direct access to nurses that meet their requirements for short term assignments, which shortens the time for nurse leaders to staff their units.
